Hon. Esther del Brío is Professor of Financial Economics at the University of Salamanca (Spain), although she also trained at the University of Cambridge and has traveled the world, both in person and through her publications: dozens of scientific articles on finance, financial markets, corporate governance and financial education and inclusion. She has also been spokesperson for economics and public service in the Spanish Senate.

Among others, Hon. Del Brío has served as a member on the Economy and Business Commission, the Labor, Migration, and Social Security Committee as well as the Civil Service Committee.
