Sven Clement

Hon. Sven Clement is a Member of Parliament from Luxembourg and co-founder and honorary president of the Pirate Party Lëtzebuerg. He is a member of the Justice Committee, of the Committee on Health and Social Security, of the Commission on the Economy, SMEs, Energy, Space, and Tourism, and of the Subcommittee on European Affairs.
Clement studied business informatics at Saarland University, where he also represented the Pirate Party in the university’s student parliament. Together with his party colleague Jerry Weyer, he runs a digital communications consultancy company. Following the general election on 14 October 2018, Sven Clement was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for the central constituency on 30 October 2018. Since 14 September 2020, he has also been CEO of AccountTech SARL bringing together several products in FinTech and RegTech.
