Ceyhun Osmanli is a member of the parliament of Azerbaijan since 2010, part of the International Relations and Inter-parliamentary Relations committee of Mili Majlis. He founded the Azerbaijan Volunteers’ Public Union which he presided from 2000 until 2006, and established the first Youth Parliament in the Caucasus in 2005. He was the chairman of the Azerbaijan Youth Parliament from 2006 to 2009. Previously, he was a member of the Council of Europe’s Advisory Council and Program Committee on Youth Issues, and General Secretary of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic. He also worked as representative of Ilham Aliyev during his run for presidency in 2008. Ceyhun Osmanli was educated in Azerbaijan in Political Science, and took part in programs at Warsaw University and Harvard University.
