Julio Cesar Valentin, Dominican Republic

Julio Cesar Valentin is a Dominican lawyer and politician. He was President of the Chamber of Deputies from 2006 to 2010, and now serves as Senator. He is the Vice-President of a Provincial Committee of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) and a member of its Central Committee. He is part of the Citizen Security Commission of the Latin-American Parliament (PARLATINO), has presided the Central-American and Caribbean Presidential Forum for Legislative Power (FOPREL) and is currently co-President, with the European Parliament’s President, of the Global Centre for Information and Communication Technologies in Parliaments.
