The Future of Work for the People We Serve

by The Parliamentary Network | on 03.12.18 | in Job creation

The conference that took place on November 15th, organised by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Inclusive Growth and The Parliamentary Network on the World Bank & IMF, served as a platform for the launch of a new book, “The Future of Work for the People We Serve”. This conference brought together politicians, policy-makers, and figures from the world of business, finance, trade unions and academia to discuss the issue. Throughout the meeting, we heard the IMF and World Bank’s take on this crucial agenda, along with new polling on voters’ hopes and fears for the fourth industrial revolution – while debating upcoming priorities for a new Social Contract for the 21st century.
